Box Office and Customer Service Manager

Under the authority of the Vice-President, Sales and Marketing, the Box-Office manager and customer service participates in all activities related to the management and implementation of ticket sales operations and customer service. customers for corporate events, all cities. In addition to Box-Office and customer service management, he/she is responsible for all supervisors, box-office agents and customer service. The event is located in Laval.

SITE MANAGER - TEMPORARY POSITION

Reporting to the Event director, the Site Manager is responsible for insuring the integrity of the site, its installations and equipment. He will supervise the site operations, such as; electricians, technical and janitor crews. This is a full-time position; based on a 6 days of work week. The event is located in Laval.

SITE TECHNICIAN - TEMPORARY POSITION

Reporting to the site manager, the Site technician will participate in all the work, intervention and maintenance relating to all the operations of the site of the event. This is a full-time position; based on a 6 days of work week. The event is located in Laval.

SITE TECHNICIAN / EVENT SET-UP - TEMPORARY POSITION

Reporting to the site manager and the project managers, the Site technician will participate in all related work on site of the event. He will ensure the set-up of various structures and other equipment such as tents, kiosks, and decorated light structures. This is a full-time position; based on a 5 to 6 days of work -week, as needed. The event site is located in Laval, Quebec.
